Our Lemon receives an artisanal treatment from the farms to the final destination, seeking a high percentage of juice for its commercialization in the most demanding markets in the world.

This high juice content is due to the agro-ecological characteristics of a unique microclimate zone where lemon cultivation is developed, in the Northwest of Argentina in the area near the Andes foothills, 300 meters above sea level: very fertile and loamy soils, with subtropical springs, summers and autumns (hot and extremely humid). These factors, added to the contributions provided by the technology of prestigious research organizations, allow us to put all our emphasis on achieving the best quality of Lemon that will reach your table.

The entire process has the GlobalGap certification that ensures food safety and is a fundamental requirement for export to the European Union.
